Harrison's Arrival

On Saturday, February 9th, 2008, at 5:52 pm, Harrison finally decided to introduce himself to the world. It all began on Friday evening when Lance and I decided to test out the old wives tale at Scalini's Italian Restaurant. Rumor has it that you will go into labor within 48 hours of eating their eggplant parmesean. We signed the "Baby book", and low and behold, less than 12 hours later, my labor began. I woke up at 7 am, called the doctor around 8 am, and made it to the hospital around 9:20 am. I was checked at 10 am to find out that I had dilated 4 cm so I was able to get the epidural pretty quickly. After 7 hrs of waiting, we were finally able to meet baby Harrison. Words cannot describe how amazing that experience is, but here are some pictures of our new bundle of joy!
