Last Week of School

I'm sad to say it but this is Harrison's last week of preschool for the year.  He loves his school and he especially loves his teachers this year, Mrs Sandy and Mrs Christy!  They have been so sweet and we will definitely miss them!  Today was Harrison's school play so Lance, Davis, Granddaddy Randolph and I all went up to watch him perform.  We got to sit right in front of where he was, so he saw us immediately.  He did so great and knew all of the words.  He wasn't as excited about performing and doing all of the hand movements, but that's okay, because I get to see them on a daily basis around the house!  Here is a short video of Harrison singing his favorite song -
I apologize for the shaky video...I had a certain 22 month old sitting on my lap who was also trying to sing along!
The kids sang a bunch of songs for us and then afterwards, we had a little party back in the classroom.  His teachers made a sweet present for all of the parents that made me tear up!  They put together photo albums for each child of all of the fun times that they had throughout the school year, complete with little bible verses and everything.  I couldn't believe how many pictures they had taken throughout the year!  It just never even really occurred to me that they would do that!  It was so sweet and will be a great keepsake to look at throughout the years.
While we will miss school this summer, we have some fun things planned so we are excited for the upcoming months.  I think Harrison is especially excited to get to spend the mornings in his jammies and not having to rush out the door everyday!  We have only officially had 2 school years so far, but they sure do fly by!
